Mold and Metal Polish

Mold & Metal Polish safely removes plate-out, oxidation and stains on fine tooling surfaces
quickly and cost-effectively. Ideal for all types of molds, dies and fixtures, it restores surface
finish, while providing a high luster sheen. It is also easier to remove than other polishes, and
wipes on and off without leaving a residue. Applied with a soft cotton cloth or buffing wheel,
it cleans and shines surface cavities and cores stained during plastics processing or fabrication.
The polish has proven effective on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, beryllium,
kirksite, zinc, powdered metals and other materials used in injection, blow, extrusion,
compression, and rim molding.

Non-hazardous and non-corrosive, it cleans and shines diamond finished molds safely,
without causing spiral webs, cattails or other fine surface scratches. It also cleans and shines
acrylic, polycarbonate and other resins to a finish superior to the original molded, extruded or
cast finish.

Mold and Metal Polish can also be used to clean screws, sprue bushings, and other molding
and fabricating components.
