Slide 469 provides an easy method for removal of silicones, grease, oil and wax build-up on mold surfaces. Ideal for cold molds, it leaves no residue so it cleans without wiping. The fast-acting formulation is non-conductive and non-abrasive. And since this product completely evaporates quickly, it is the perfect solution when cleaning a mold cavity that has a mirror finish. Afterwards, it’s always a good idea to protect it with a rust preventive when not in use.

Slide 429 has a unique, extra-dry spray package, which delivers a non-penetrating mist into ejector pin sleeves, slides, cams and other moving mold parts. This special aerosol prevents marking of plastic parts when molds are put back in service. Not only does Mold Shield displace water and condensation, it also neutralizes fingerprint or acid residues. There’s no need to remove this rust preventive from the mold prior to start-up as it flashes off during production.

Slide 434 is a liquid concentrate purging compound that works with each type of carrier resin to remove all thermoplastics, and is effective for resin-to-resin and color-to-color changes. It requires no soaking, maximizing production up-time and eliminates the need to keep inventory of cracked acrylic purging resin. Its unique self-measuring bottle measures out just the right amount of concentrate, eliminating waste. Or, choose the pre-measured individual packets of PDQ that you drop directly into to the hopper with the carrier resin. Ideal for use with injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.

Slide 441 brings on the heat. Hi-Temp 1800 is the perfect partner to maximize productivity with high-temperature resins. Formulated with boron nitride, Hi-Temp 1800 maintains its lubrication integrity, helping maximize productivity. It is an excellent release for die-casting of low melting point metals such as lead, zinc and aluminum. It is also an effective release for engineering-grade resins and glass. Slide 458 is an extremely effective, non-paintable formulation for all polyurethanes: rigid, semi-rigid and flexible urethane foams. Urethane mold release imparts a light, dry coating on the mold, eliminating build-up. Yet, it is so effective that it continues to work for several cycles between applications.

Slide 452 is a paste-type mold polish that cleans and restores mold surfaces.
