Twin Barrels are manufactured from Heat-Treated Steel (D2 Tool Steel, CPM - 10V Tool Steel, CPM - 15 Tool Steel, or CPM - 15V Tool Steel) or BiMetallic materials (666 Standard Bimetal, 777 Super Wear Bimetal, 555 Corrosion-Resistant Bi-metal, or Durocast Alloy). Along with its commitment to higher quality, SFP also provides customized designing to successfully work with your specific brand of machine and type of application. We utilize our knowledge and hands-on molding experience to provide you with superior quality new and rebuilt barrels and screws.

We stock a wide variety of brands, plus we are able to design and custom tailor screws and barrels per your application. Our engineers have over 50 years of combined twin screw experience. We have the capabilities to understand your unique application and to assist in the design that will yield the highest throughput with the best melt quality.
